Pilates for sports

I have been running Classes for sports since 2015.

I have worked with:
Runners, Cyclists, Swimmers, Footballers, Cricketers, a Cross country skier, Triathletes and an Archer.

I use the STOTT pilates, myofascial release and CORE principles with the athletes who attend and we work on the weakness/ postural/muscular inbalances that sport brings.

Pilates has been found to:
Improve stamina,
Core strength,
Improved flexibility,
Injury prevention,
Correct muscular inbalances
Improved performance

Classes are:

Currently online at £5 per class.
Tuesday (Budbrooke community centre, Hampton Magna) and Thursdays (Woodloes School Warwick) at 8.15pm £6.00 per class
